Toh Wee Jin
Mr. Toh Wee Jin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and has been practising law in Singapore since 1991. Wee Jin has been specialising in mortgage and conveyancing work for over 20 years. He is experienced in matters relating to property transactions. He has built up close and comfortable working relationships with many leading banks. As a result of which Wee Jin is very familiar with mortgage procedures and documentation. Wee Jin also gives advice on other areas of laws including and not limited to intellectual property banking and corporate , matrimonial and general commercial matters. He especially understands the legal support that many small and medium enterprises require. Many such enterprises across various industries have sought his legal advice over the years.
Jeremy Chia
Mr. Jeremy Chia graduated from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2003. In the course of his practice, he has represented many individual and corporate clients, major local and foreign banks, and financial institutions in a wide range of real estate transactions including the sale and purchase of properties under construction and resale properties, part-share transfers, refinancing, and mortgage transactions. He regularly advises clients on HDB and private residential and commercial matters, and has also represented the CPF Board in relation to his clients’ use of CPF monies.
Michael Chong
Mr. Michael Chong was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 1999 and has been in private practice since June 1999. He has experience in handling employment and restraint of trade, insolvency, divorces, probate, Wills, landlord and tenancy disputes and management corporation matters. He has also been involved in hearings at the Strata Titles Board and trials in the Subordinate Courts and High Court. He also drafts agreements for clients such as employment contracts, shareholders’ agreements, sale of shares and businesses, partnership agreements and tenancy agreements. He also has vast experience in conveyancing and has acted for numerous buyers/sellers and banks in the purchase/sale and mortgage of HDB, private residential, commercial and industrial properties. Serena Fah
Ms. Serena Fah graduated from National University of Singapore with a Degree in Law with Honors in 1990 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1991. From the commencement of her legal career, Ms. Fah has been a litigator with vast experience representing top banks and financial institutions in Singapore in banking litigation and enforcement proceedings. Ms. Fah also undertakes non-contentious solicitors’ work in preparation of tenancy agreements, employment contracts, shareholders’ agreement, supply of goods and services contract with emphasis on protection of intellectual property rights.
Nagarajah S Maniam
Mr. Nagarajah S Maniam graduated from London University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hons). He was called as a Barrister by The Middle Temple in 1997 and was admitted to the Singapore bar in 1998. He has advised and defended corporate & industrial organisations, as well as handled workman compensation, personal injury insurance and medical negligence claims. He has conducted trials in the courts of Singapore, including the Court of Appeal, and is involved in criminal assignments, Syriah Law, Family Law, and Insolvency Law practices. He is currently the Senior Legal Associate heading the Litigation department.
Kwee Jian Ni
Ms. Kwee Jian Ni graduated from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2011. She has also obtained a Master of Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School. She is an Associate with the firm's conveyancing department. Her experience cuts across real estate and banking and finance transactions. Her real estate experience includes acquisition of land sites for redevelopment, acting for developers in sale and purchase of residential and commercial developments, as well as the real estate aspects of banking. She has also handled matters involving landlord and tenant transactions. She is currently involved in conveyancing transactions where she acts for vendors, purchasers, borrowers, mortgagees from the major banks and other financial institutions and the Central Provident Fund Board for residential and commercial properties, including Housing & Development Board properties.
Lim Yang-Jian
Mr. Lim Yang-Jian graduated from King’s College London with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2016. He is currently an associate in the firm’s conveyancing department and has experience in private, HDB and commercial real estate transactions.
Tricia Heng
Ms. Tricia Heng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020. She is currently an Associate with the firm’s conveyancing department and predominantly deals with real estate transactions.
Cheryl Sng
Ms. Cheryl Sng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Exeter (United Kingdom) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in London prior to being admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2023. She is currently an Associate with the firm’s conveyancing department and predominantly deals with real estate transactions.
Huang Weihao
Mr. Huang Weihao graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2023. He has experience in both retail and corporate real estate transactions and is currently an associate in the firm’s conveyancing department.
